We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator / Order Coordinator to join our client’s Inside Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales admin, order processing, or sales coordination experience—especially if you enjoy working in a technical or engineering-led environment.
You’ll act as the central hub between customers, sales, engineering, and production, ensuring orders move smoothly from quote through to delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing and coordinating customer orders for technical equipment
- Reviewing specifications to ensure products are accurately configured and fit for purpose
- Communicating with customers, distributors, and internal teams to keep everything on track
- Managing order entry and updates within ERP systems
- Supporting resolution of any delivery or application queries
- Collaborating with engineering, production, and procurement teams
- Getting involved in process improvements and projects
Skills and Experience required:
- Experienced in sales administration, order processing, or sales coordination
- Comfortable working in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working across multiple systems (ERP, Excel, etc.)
- Great communicator who enjoy working with both customers and internal teams
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage own workload
