Our client is looking for a confident proactive Administrator to keep the wheels turning, supporting the sales professionals and making sure the customers get the best service possible.

Responsible for:

  • Creating and managing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Making sure details are correct, chasing missing information where needed
  • Supporting the sales team with inbound enquiries and partner opportunities
  • Keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date and accurate
  • Helping produce sales reports and forecasts
  • Ensuring tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and with a smile

  • Someone with business experience (maybe you’ve worked in admin, customer service, or sales support before)
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and structured in how you work
  • A good communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A positive team player who’s also self-motivated
  • Flexible and ready to adapt in a busy, changing environment
