An expanding business in Fleet is offering a fully remote part time role within its customer service team. This is initially a 12-month maternity contract with the opportunity to discuss a temp to perm position at the end of the contract, possibly with some adjustments to the hours.
The remote working hours will be 31.5 per week with a few weeks at the start training in the office, so you’ll need to be able to travel to Fleet. Hours are Mon, Tues, Wed 7am to 9am and 5pm to 9pm, Thurs 5pm to 9pm, Fri 7am to 10am, Sun 9am to 4pm.
The role will be working with a great team that’s focused on developing a culture of customer satisfaction through timely, thorough handling of customer queries and concerns.
 
The role will involve:

• Engaging with customers via the phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Managing the various customer, partner, and operational
• Learning key product knowledge to support customers with their queries.
• Investigating and resolving customer issues or difficulties they may be having.
• Making considered decisions, knowing when to reach out for
• Ensuring compliance with required standards and procedures.
• Reviewing the website and live chat articles to ensure product information is kept up to date and
• Identifying trends and being forward-thinking by discussing any potential improvements to customer services.

We’re looking for:

• Some experience in a busy customer service role, although full training will be provided on products and services.
• A strong desire to keep the customer at the heart of all you do.
• Good skills in MS Office software.
• Excellent written English skills and a strong, confident verbal
• A good eye for detail is essential when gathering and recording
• Problem solving
• Ability to prioritise your workload and work under pressure as part of a fast-paced team.
