Account Manager/Internal Sales

Are you an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager with excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly and successful team. Someone with experience of the construction/building industry is beneficial.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business where you’ll play a key role in supporting existing customers, identifying new business opportunities (No cold calling), and helping to drive continued growth.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a number of existing customers, encouraging repeat business.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate quotations, pricing and product information.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor market activity and identify potential opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Support company promotional and customer events as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/internal sales role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
