Working from home,  with two to three weeks training in the office, we have the perfect part time Customer service position offering a 30 hour per week opportunity working remotely (please only apply if you live within 12 miles of Farnham due to onsite training)

Being the first point of contact, this role is assisting the team with some core hours and some ‘out of office’ hours.
It is essential that you are able to deliver excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The role will be engaging with customers via telephone, email and live chat. You will be managing mailboxes, investigating,  resolving customer issues and troubleshooting.
 
The Skills & Experience required for this position:
Previous experience in an office customer service support role is essential.
You must be a strong and confident communicator. – both verbal and written as writing live messages
A passion for customer services
A good eye for detail is essential
Problem solving skills
Accuracy in gathering and recording of all information

Excellent benefits. Salary is £24k to £26k pro rata depending on experience.
