Working alongside the Operations and HR Director, this full time Temp to Perm role (or possibly permanent) will be handling all aspects of the day to day running of an innovative and expanding company. Responsibilities will involve:
Facilities management, maintaining and reviewing supplier contracts, handling post and maintaining office supplies
Administration, new administrative processes set up, photocopying, scanning, screening phone calls, preparing reports, managing and coordination of CEO’s diary, making appointments and arranging meetings and travel arrangements
Interview arrangements, contractor contract management, preparing induction programmes and taking up of references.
Expenses and invoice submission
Research and data collating
This role would suit a hard working, committed and professional person who has the ability to roll up their sleeves and muck in. A strong problem solver who can pro-actively handle all the day to day activities of the business enabling management to achieve their objectives. Idea person would be someone used to working for a small company or a start-up.
