Our incredibly busy client in Farnham needs a helping pair of hands. This is a 2-3 week temp booking to start asap to assist the team with phones and basic administration. Ideally full time but may consider part time for the right person.

Tasks involve:

  • First point of contact in responding to incoming phone calls
  • Ensure a polite and professional manner in greeting visitors, ensuring they sign in and offering refreshments, ensuring their contact is advised of their immediate arrival.
  • Handle requests for meeting room bookings.
  • Manage the company post, deliveries etc.
  • Collect incoming post, sort and distribute to appropriate departments
  • Prepare outgoing post in a timely fashion ready for collection
  • Basic administration and general team support

This would suit a bright, well presented candidate with good communication skills and an intermediate level of MS Word.
