Job involves:

Build a first class rapport with each customer so that you have a greater understanding of their requirements
Adapt the services and products to meet your customer’s specific needs.
Provide the perfect customer service and support to your own accounts and customers.
Contact customers via phone and email to make them aware of new & upcoming products
Assist customers with a variety of queries and problems.
Capture & update customer information on the systems accurately and general administration
Be a team player, stay motivated and inspire that team around you
Liaise with various departments including marketing, sales, new customers, and existing customers
Ask customer probing questions and promote the company whilst seeking out new opportunities. Share the information with the team.
 
Personality
This would suit an enthusiastic and confident communicator with customer service experience eg office or retail
Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust
Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities
Work well under pressure
Strong team player but happy to work independently
Positive with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service
Resilient and determined
