Great opportunity for a graduate or someone looking for their 2nd job to join a small Administration Department supporting the UK and European divisions. You will be required to provide a professional and efficient administration and Customer service. Full training will be given. Duties as follows:
Creating paperwork for return of equipment for repair.
Informing customers of the status of the repair.
Quoting and invoicing the repair once completed.
Liaison with engineering,production and shipping to ensure efficient turnaround.
Invoicing of all service work for both the UK and EU service teams
Raising of credit Notes and re-invoices and liaising with the accounts department.
Provide Financial reports
Cover for other key personnel as required by the need of the business
This role would suit:
