- Support with on boarding process
- Liaise with potential employees and candidates
- Take out references and security checks
- Support with projects to deliver quality work
- Assist with phones and email enquiries
- General Administration and co-ordination to ensure the Sales Teams are working well.
The ideal person will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience within a fast-paced office
- Excellent IT skills, able to use various computer software (such as Office365 suite)
- Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
- Able to independently complete complex administrative tasks
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
- To enjoy hard work, thrive under pressure and like working to targets
- Our client is offering 23 days holidays plus 8 BH. This increases over time
