Tasks involved

  • Support with on boarding process
  • Liaise with potential employees and candidates
  • Take out references and security checks
  • Support with projects to deliver quality work
  • Assist with phones and email enquiries
  • General Administration and co-ordination to ensure the Sales Teams are working well.

The ideal person will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced office
  • Excellent IT skills, able to use various computer software (such as Office365 suite)
  • Superb organisational, communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Able to independently complete complex administrative tasks
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
  • To enjoy hard work, thrive under pressure and like working to targets
