A fabulous varied Temporary role has become available for an immediate individual with good customer service and administration experience. Every day will be different and training will be given.
Ideally working 8.30am to 5pm, but some flexibility will be given to the right person.
This is a temp role to start asap with the potential to join the company permanently.
The role is based Front of House acting as receptionist but also supporting the Supply Chain and HR Department. Tasks involve:
* Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
* Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
* Receiving and sorting daily mail.
* Help coordinate room bookings, visitor accommodation, logistics and meeting refreshments.
* Order office supplies and replenish if necessary
* Update calendars and schedule meetings
* Perform other office administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and transcribing.
* Scan invoices to customers
* Saving and uploading Despatch notes and Freight invoices
* Maintain data for supply chain, update purchase orders, update standard costs, create trade agreements etc.
* Review order acknowledgements from suppliers
* Run overdue report by suppliers and chase suppliers for late deliveries.
* Place purchase orders, update purchase order with call off quantities, review old purchase orders and close if necessary
* Get country and certificate of origin for customs.
* Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department.
The ideal person should be
* Relevant experience in an office environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong phone skills.
* Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Punctual with strong attendance history
* Great organisational skills
* Available immediately for the assignment.
