Our client is looking for an administrator to join the company primarily as a temp with the potential to go permanent. This is a Monday to Friday part time position with flexibility on hours.
The position is working with the Contracts Co-ordinator and Contracts Manager, looking at design plans and ordering the materials needed for the project. The role also involves checking stock, talking to suppliers and negotiating the best price. You will also be encouraging freelance staff to return time sheets and paperwork to deadlines and dealing with adhoc duties such as filing and general administration to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The candidate will need a persuasive but friendly and personable phone manner, accurate keyboard skills and the ability to work methodically with excellent interpersonal skills.
