Perfect Part time role working from home with initial training in the office.
Working 20 hours per week to include mornings, evenings and one weekend day.
The role is taking calls from various customers, problem solving, escalating the call if needed, general administration, inputting data onto the database, supporting customers with product queries, monitoring the mailbox and monitoring the social media channels.
The hours are:
– Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday mornings (roughly 7am-9am)
– Thursday & Friday evenings (5.30pm-9pm)
– Saturday or Sunday (9am-4pm)
Ideal person will have a good eye for detail, problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service and administration skills.
