We are looking for a professional team player with good IT skills and attention to detail to fulfil a broad range of tasks including:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Liaising with suppliers including building cleaners
  • Daily administration such as overseeing requirements for company vehicles (organising tax, MOTs, services etc) and assisting with HR and compliance documentation
  • Being responsible for company stock rooms: monitoring stock levels for office equipment, ordering new items as necessary and being able to assist with any stock-related queries
  • Handling all incoming deliveries, arranging efficient storage and corresponding paperwork, as well as updating a central database accurately
  • Processing daily reports

The ideal Office Trainee will be adaptable and looking for a fast-paced, varied role. The candidate will also:

  • Have a polite telephone manner and active listening skills
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels and in different situations
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise work under pressure

Full training will be provided and this position offers scope for progression.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
Salary: £18-21K depending on experience
