Due to continued growth, our hugely successful client near Mansfield is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy, friendly team responsible for following the sales order process from start to finish in an efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales orders from quotes and placing POs accurately onto system
  • Chasing vital information from internal and external teams and updating systems
  • Completing and monitoring essential documentation and ensuring it is distributed to all necessary parties
  • Resolving any order queries and issues quickly and professionally
  • Investigating and completing credit request authorisations to satisfactory resolution
  • Handling the returns process

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and the ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with internal and external parties
  • English and Maths A-Levels highly desirable
