Our client based near Farnham is offering a superb opportunity for a College/School leaver to join their busy team and gain valuable office experience. We’re looking for a bright candidate, ideally with some previous customer service experience, to answer the phones, respond to emails and assist generally in the office with any admin tasks needed.
As Office Trainee you’ll become a key member of the team as you get to know customers and learn how to support the surveying and contracts management team.
A calm, polite phone manner and strong customer service skills will be essential in this role as customers will contact the office with a range of queries and issues. You’ll need to be keen, motivated and happy to support the team wherever you can.
This is a varied role and training will be provided. It’s a great starting point for your career, and other members of the team have progressed from this junior position into more senior roles.
The business is based in lovely rural offices, so you’ll require your own transport to reach them. Hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and AE Pension.
