No sales targets and no cold calling. Purely building and maintaining long term relationships with customers.

Tasks involved:

  • Operating as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers
  • Working with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive efficiency; adapting services and products to meet the customer’s specific needs
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing customers,
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and working swiftly to resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer wherever possible
  • Using data, analytics and forecasting to drive profitability and manage stock holding
  • Proactively contact customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales
  • Negotiating with customers including pricing.


  • Confident and positive communicator – Verbal and Written
  • Work well under pressure and resilient
  • Strong team player
  • Ideally have managed one or two members of staff
