Due to a continued period of growth, our successful client is urgently seeking a driven Inbound Marketing Executive with expert knowledge of HubSpot to join their friendly, collaborative team. This is an exciting time to join an expanding business focused on providing an excellent service for their clients, as well as plenty of ongoing training and personal development opportunities for their staff.

This position will be based largely from home but will require occasional trips to a central office near Farnham, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely and strategically with allocated accounts to help B2B clients achieve their inbound marketing goals
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels to drive new customer acquisition
  • Analysing and suggesting improvements for client website performance to meet their KPIs
  • Reporting on demand generation campaign performance
  • Managing quality content creation
  • Creating and reporting on A/B testing and other optimisation activities to demonstrate increasing client ROI
  • Creating, maintaining and optimising marketing automation workflows and their components
  • Liaising with clients to explain their performance reports and the work being undertaken; also advising them of the actions and tasks they need to complete in order to facilitate this

Key Requirements:

  • Multiple valid HubSpot Certifications
  • Educated to degree level with at least two years’ experience in digital marketing and at least one year working with HubSpot Marketing Professional and/or Enterprise, either in an in-house or agency role
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and how to extract insights from data
  • Ideally commercial use of Google Ads, as well as experience using Google Optimize, SEMRush, Google Data Studio and Drift
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Enthusiastic working attitude, willingness to learn and bring new ideas
  • Ability to formulate, plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding and ability to deliver marketing automation
  • Great communication skills, including the ability to present to senior level
  • Able to work as part of a supportive, passionate team, but also self-motivated as this role is mainly home-based
