Are you passionate about delivering top-class customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team in Fleet for a 3-6 months contract.
Responsibilities:

  •  Provide a professional and friendly service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Assist with enquiries ensuring responses are clear and concise – good verbal and written communication
  • Assist with the implementation of new services and processes into the team
  • Handle administrative tasks, document scanning, and appointment bookings.
  • Alongside the team, work towards performance targets and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent administration experience
  • Confident using Word, Excel & IT systems
  • Reception, customer service and administration experience
