What You’ll Do

• Manage enquiries, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the delivery of exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to tailor brand promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Gain insight into brand and sector performance, with potential to take on brand ownership in the future.
• Maintain accurate data and order management through internal systems (training provided).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience and/or qualifications within a technical or construction-related subject .
• Full right to work in the UK and a full driving licence.
• Energetic, organised, and confident communicator with ambition to grow.
• Technically minded, accurate, and process-driven.
• Keen to develop a long-term career in sales or customer experience management, or brand management.
