Commercial Sales Support Coordinator

A varied role that suits a confident administrator with strong commercial experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing teams. This position provides support to the company’s largest client accounts and contributes to sales and aftersales by coordinating existing and new programmes. The role will involve close collaboration with the commercial sales and aftersales teams, offering support as required, and initiating the set-up and administration of new client accounts.

The role will involve:

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming operational and commercial enquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Processing and collecting sales data and liaising with partners and customers to support customer retention
  • Collaborating in inter-departmental and external partner activity to ensure continuous improvement of programmes
  • Setting up new accounts and partners in the system and coordinating training with internal and external staff
  • Supporting department colleagues with general administrative duties and providing cover during absence.

We’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ administration experience, demonstrating strong commercial and business acumen
  • A background supporting in a B2B sales and marketing environment
  • Organisational and project coordination skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, and experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Hybrid working is an option, and hours are 8.30am to 5pm, 8.30 to 4pm on a Friday.
