Exciting opportunity to join a fast moving company supporting the National Sales teams with administration support and customer services. . The role is responsible for supporting the Account Managers and maintaining records on excel and SAP. Training given and plenty of progression. Tasks involve:

Main point of contact for queries from customers or suppliers

Using the company database to extract information for customers and add orders

Using Excel to input forecasts and consolidate expected numbers

Creating spreadsheets for customers to provide them with information on upcoming items

Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with product bar codes

Helping with the smooth running of the samples process

Working with suppliers and retailers

Setting up new accounts and updating records

Liaising with other departments and third parties to coordinate sales

Completing a range of administrative tasks for major National accounts

Skills:

Ability to work under pressure

Accurate – Attention to detail is vital

Good Verbal and Written communication skills

Keen and enthusiastic

Highly organised team player

MS Office – Word, Excel

One year Admin experience
