Do you have experience in an advertising/account managing/social media/PR or direct marketing industry? This fabulous business is looking for a proactive, hardwork and outgoing Account Manager to work with the client services team across many industry sectors.
Reporting to the Account Director, this role is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and demonstrate a clear understanding of their needs and briefs. You will possess great liaison and organisational skills between your clients and work with the internal creative and digital teams on a daily basis. You will be the key lead between your clients and the team with an enthusiastic work ethic that continually brings the best out of those you’ll be overseeing.
As a skilled (Senior) Account Manager, you will regularly schedule and lead meetings, demonstrate confident communication skills and a deep understanding of client’s expectations.
The varied work will mean your clients are across various industry sectors, all will have a mix of needs across offline and most importantly digital marketing, so a solid background and understanding of digital marketing is required.
You will have a good understanding of the overall digital strategy to deliver positive returns on their marketing investments and help to consistently surpass client expectations.
An important aspect of the role is possessing strong organisational, interpersonal and financial skills. You should be able to work independently and proactively at a mid to senior level.
Fun modern offices with standard hours of 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday – office based with some hybrid working
