A successful global company in Bordon are growing their team. If you have experience and a passion for excellent customer service and strong problem-solving skills along with accuracy in gathering information, this could be the job for you.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible from beginning to end for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered and delivery requirements are met.
Major Responsibilities

  • Contact with customers via telephone and email to discuss any queries on orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure information is kept up to date and understand the availability of products.
  • Accurate customer order entry and professional quotes
  • Produce proformas.
  • Export paperwork.
  • File transactions in an efficient, orderly system.
  • Provide customers with technical information.
  • Liaise with warehouse/production staff
  • Liaise with transport and third-party carriers to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
  • Produce despatch documentation and ensure all relevant information is despatched with goods
  • Liaise with customers regarding delivery expectations.
  • Filing of customer orders, despatch notes and proof of deliveries
  • Other reasonable tasks as may be required by the company.

Knowledge

  • First class telephone and communication skills
  • PC literate
  • Professional, friendly, sympathetic to customer need
  • The ability to be a strong and accurate administrator
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with constantly changing priorities.
  • Previous employment in Customer Services or similar environment
  • Able to absorb information and to learn fast.
